SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
At Nine Bar Roasters, we roast to order and ship fresh to ensure every bag arrives at peak flavor. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via reliable carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and order size. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it straight to your doorstep.
Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind the quality of every roast. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to your expectations, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ninebarroasters@gmail.com and we will make it right. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Our coffee subscriptions are designed for convenience and freshness, delivered on your schedule. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account—no commitments, no hassle. Subscription orders will be billed automatically on your chosen schedule. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Because our coffee is roasted to order, subscription orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, but if there is ever an issue with your delivery, we’ll take care of you.
